Garmann/Miller is seeking a Registered Architect/Specifications Writer with a minimum 12-15 years of experience in education, commercial, healthcare and industrial architecture. Candidates will be responsible for writing the specifications and coordinating them with the drawings. Other responsibilities will include working with the design team to ensure all disciplines specifications are coordinated. Required skills include experience with construction contracts, specifications writing, innovative problem solving, good communication and potential management skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in education, commercial, healthcare and industrial architecture
