| Garmann/Miller joins USGBC Organization |

Garmann/Miller has recently joined the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) which is a community of leaders working to transform the way buildings and communities are designed, built, and operated, enabling an environmentally and socially responsible, healthy, and prosperous environment that improves the quality of life.
Established in 1993, USGBC is the leader in green building and development. The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System provides the design and performance systems needed to have an immediate, measurable impact on key concerns like energy conservation, global climate change, and occupant health.

The most recent addition to the firm is our Landscape Architectural Department led by Cindy Driskell and Jacqueline Huelskamp. Cindy, a Registered Landscape Architect and Jacqueline, who is working toward registration, both received their Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from The Ohio State University. They are responsible for all aspects of site development and design. Jacqueline and Cindy recently attended the American Society of Landscape Architects Conference in San Francisco where they learned from leading Landscape Architects about the latest in site design, design for healthcare environments and stormwater management strategies.
